DISNEY CREATE TOMORROWLAND – XPRIZE CHALLENGE (“Site”) is a website of the XPRIZE Foundation, Inc. (“XPRIZE” or “we” or “us”, “Sponsor”), an educational nonprofit corporation established for the purpose of creating and administering competitions designed to inspire breakthroughs for the benefit of humanity and for the purpose of getting elementary and secondary students excited about S.T.E.A.M. education (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math).

XPRIZE has created DISNEY’S CREATE TOMORROWLAND – XPRIZE CHALLENGE (“Challenge”) to encourage youths, ages 8-17 (“Contestants”) to use their imagination and creativity and to develop S.T.E.A.M skills by imagining themselves in the future reporting back to the present and telling the world about one new and amazing invention or innovation they encounter, how it works, the impact it has on the future, and what the world of today can start doing now to fast-track its creation.


Our privacy policy explains how we collect personally identifying information about you, what information we collect and how we use such information.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is incorporated into and is subject to the XPRIZE Foundation’s DISNEY’S CREATE TOMORROWLAND – XPRIZE CHALLENGE Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”), an agreement between you and the foundation regulating your use of this Site.

For purposes of the DISNEY TOMORROWLAND – XPRIZE CHALLENGE (“Challenge”), Children will be asked to register with our sites to participate in the contest.

To register for the contest, children must have a Parental Consent form (“Challenge Consent Form”) signed by their parents or legal guardians.

Information regarding the Challenge is available at (“Challenge Website”). A Parental Consent Form is available on the Challenge Website. A written copy of the Challenge Consent Form will be mailed upon request. The parent or legal guardian is responsible for properly completing the Parental Consent Form and emailing it to Sponsor before the Contestant will be permitted to enter the Challenge and before the parent or legal guardian is able to upload their Challenge Video. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in Contestant’s disqualification from the Challenge. The parent or legal guardian will also be required to complete an online Parent Information Form in order to gain access to the Challenge Registration and Video Upload Page

How Can You View Your Information We Have Collected?

Parents or legal guardians who have provided consent to their Children to register for this Challenge can contact us using the form to review the personal information collected from their Children and also to refuse to permit its further use.

How Can You Update Your Information?

Parents or legal guardians can update the personal information of their children by contacting us and they can also request that we delete from our records, the personal information that we have collected with their consent.

Where XPRIZE becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets, personal information may be provided to the entities and advisors involved subject to a confidentiality agreement, and we will provide notice before any personal information is finally transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
